1Styrian pumpkin produces dark-green shell-less seeds. Questi semi contengono a lot of beneficial ingredients, infatti sono ricchi in mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as in vitamins B1, B2, B6 and various minerals such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium and zinc. Its most important ingredients, however, are phytosterols, a group of bioactive ingredients which can prevent prostate and bladder disorders [1].
